Safety
Majic Midways strives for safety. Providing safe amusements is top priority. We
are licensed by the
T.S.S.A and comply to all the regulations, and conform to
all adopted codes and standards.
Basic steps you as a rider and us as an operator must follow, but are not limited too:
- Observe age, height and weight restrictions to
determine whether or not the ride is appropriate for you or a child in your
care.
- Read and follow all the rules for each ride and
instruct any children in your care on how to appropriately behave.
- Be sure to tie up long hair and remove any loose
articles [sunglasses, hat, jewellery, etc.] that have the potential to fall
off during the ride.
- Remain seated, buckled in and be sure to keep your
hands and feet inside the ride at all times.
- Use all safety equipment which the ride offers and
remember to always listen to the operator’s instructions.
- When the ride is over, remain seated until you come
to a complete stop.
- If you feel tired, stop riding or take a break. The
rides are not as much fun or safe if you’re exhausted.
- If you find any problems with any rides, be sure to
report them to the operator immediately.

Does Majic Midways Have Insurance?
Yes. We carry a full liability policy which is required by Ontario law for all
Amusement companies. It is still a good idea as an event organizer to
get a policy to cover your entire event.
