What types of events does Majic Midways supply a complete midway for?

We supply complete midways for all types of events. Community fun days, weekend festivals, agriculture fairs, township events, churches and much more.

Do You Rent Mechanical Rides?

Yes. Majic Midways is Eastern Ontario's only source for mechanical amusement rides. We have a selection to choose from, or if you need something we don't have, we can get it for you! Email or call us today to find out more.

How Long Are Your Amusement Ride Rentals?

Amusement ride rentals are a minimum of 4 hours. They climb by 1 hour increments.

Does Majic Midways Deliver?

Yes. Majic Midways delivers and sets up the items for you. We offer FREE delivery on certain items, to customers within our Free Delivery Area. There is a charge for delivery outside of that area.

How Many People Will Each Ride Hold?

Our website is a complete source for information. Go to our PRODUCTS page and click on the ride of your choice. Each ride information is different. Be sure to read each and compare, so that you get the best ride to suit your event. We will not allow more riders then the posted limit, nor will we let single riders on when enforced. Operator always has final decision on # of riders.


Can You Set Up Inside?

Yes. Majic Midways can set-up inside. Due to the size of most rides, we require truck access to deliver the ride. Arena floors, or convention centers are great places to hold a large event, especially during winter months or if rain is likely. Ceiling height of around 25' is also required. Contact us if you need clarification on this.

How Much Do You Charge For Set-up?

Majic Midways does not have additional charges for set-up of rides. We include set-up and removal in our prices.


What Type Of Surface Can A Ride Be Placed On?

Grass, cement, asphalt or hard dirt (packed). We will not set-up on sand, gravel or loose dirt. To make sure the ride is secure to the ground, we have the right to refuse set-up if ground is inadequate.

How Long Does It Take To Set Up A Ride?

Depending on the ride, usually between 1.5 and 3 hours per unit. It takes about the same to remove.

What If It Rains?

It can be very unsafe to operate in the rain. Therefore Majic Midways has the right to refuse operation of all Mechanical rides, Inflatable's, Games and other equipment. It is very unsafe for the users and very damaging to the equipment. If it calls for rain in the forecast then we do cancel bookings. Majic Midways understands that weather can change quickly, and since we do not claim to be able to predict the weather or have any control over weather, we utilize the following Weather Policy:
If prior to the term of your AGREEMENT (Up to 24 hours before delivery) the weather forecast calls for severe weather (rain, chance of rain, thunder showers, and/or winds stronger than 20km) then we will have to cancel the booking. We will make every effort to reschedule your rental based on available dates and times.
If we set up the ride and severe weather conditions (i.e. rain, high winds, etc.) “move in” during the term of your rental agreement; Majic Midways reserves the right to cancel your booking due to the weather. PAYMENT/DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE AT THIS POINT.

Can I Book A Rain Date?

Rain dates are available at a surcharge of 50% of your total rental before taxes. Example: Total rental $200.00. Your rain date charge would be $100.00, the total you pay is $300.00 plus G.S.T. Because Majic Midways is only open in the summer, we can not offer free rain dates as we would turn down hundreds of bookings each summer. If you choose not to go with a rain date, you should always have a back up plan such as games or other indoor activities.
